checkin online today no waiting and walked in and only 1 man waiting 4 stylists showed online available. NO one was on the floor cutting hair. They were all in the back. He had been waiting 5 min upfront himself he told me. Screen said both our names no waiting time. Finally a lady came out no smile no greeting, looked at computer hollered his name not friendly for sure. I won't mention her name or description because frankly they all are to blame. One lady was sipping on a large drink end of the hall still no greeting to myself I waiting another 4 minutes after he was taken for hair cut already had been there 5 min. I walked out and will not be returning. Horrible service and attitude. They cannot say they were busy. 4 on duty and 0 clients being served at the time. There are few other places to do business
